    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, a faith-based, not-for-profit facility delivers critical healthcare services to the southwest region of Arkansas. Additionally, we maintain The Joint Commission's National Quality Approval.

    CHI St. Vincent Emergency Department:

    • Annual Volume: Over 40,000 annual visits at Arkansas's busiest Level II Trauma Center.
    • Excellent Provider Coverage: 59 hours of Physician coverage & 12 hours APP Daily
    • Manageable Caseload: 1.8 patients/hour and equal distribution of night, weekend, and holiday shifts
    • Provider-Friendly Schedule: Flexible scheduling requests accommodated, featuring staggered shifts and minimal single coverage.
    • Advanced EMR: Seamless workflow with system-wide EPIC EMR.
