    Description:

    Provide logistical product support for assigned Ultrasound platforms within the Customer Services (CS) team.

    Adheres to relevant processes and regulations.

    Needs to consider processes and results, generated in other workflows and disciplines, conditions and environments, and values significance to contribute effectively to team results.

    Needs experienced level of analytical and distinctive conceptual skills to solve issues, which may differ in size and nature.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide logistical product support for assigned Ultrasound platforms within the Customer Services (CS) team.

    Collaborate with the Product Innovations team within CS and cross functional teams which include Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality/Regulatory, and Product Engineers of assigned product platforms.

    Collaborate with Supply Chain Management and Customer Service Managed logistics (CSML) regularly for spare parts planning and escalations.

    Responsible for spare part readiness with respect to new product introductions as they relate to product support.

    Responsible to sustain spare parts as they change and/or evolve throughout the product lifecycle.

    Initiate, develop, release, and manage Ultrasound Field Updates (recalls) utilizing our Update Handling Tools and process.

    Provide data inputs into the end-of-delivery and end-of-support to ensure smooth completion of the product lifecycle.

    Manage Metrics, Projects, tasks, and status of deliverables. Identify and mitigate constraints.

    Identify and drive throughout the service lifecycle opportunities for improving process, product quality, serviceability, and costs with close alignment with appropriate partners and stakeholders.

    This position is expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions, in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, and thus contributes to overall team results.

    Experience:

    3-5 years.

    Knowledge:

    Thorough professional know-how in SAP a plus.
