Greets guests according to the standards

Maintains guests satisfaction is his/her top priority

Is an expert on Counters food and wine program and has the ability to answer questions about the menus

Report to department, meeting the dress code and appearance standard, set by the company

Check with your manager for any important information related to the hotel or your department

Counters sequence of service is followed

Completely understand and follow the department and hotel standards

Must be effective with communication within department and upper management

Apply food and beverage handling rules

Insure Counter Reformation is ready for success by restocking beer and wine up to the pars

Position the wine and beer properly when stocked

Keep items such as straws, glasses, cups, condiments well stocked

Completes opening, closing and running sidework

Takes responsibility in keeping the bar area and restaurant clean

Helps keep the restaurant in working and pristine conditions by alerting upper management when there is an issue

Prepares accurate checks, follows cashiering procedures

Check identifications and insure we remain in accordance with California law

Limits liability by recognizes when a customer has been excessively drinking, takes the necessary steps to prevent the guest from becoming over intoxicated
