    As the HCT PMO & HR Delivery Leader - NAM, you will be responsible for overseeing the facilitation of various HR programs and strategic business initiatives during the migration period. The role will work closely with key stakeholder to ensure effective pacing and sequencing of all HR programs and migration activities.

    As the HCT PMO & HR Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for:

    Acting as the Regional PMO within the overarching HR Transformation Project focusing on improvement, simplification and standardization.

    Delivering key initiatives that are the migration of work from Tier 0 to Tier 1. Providing knowledgebase building and process improvement.

    Leading project while ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives as well as enterprise and HR priorities.

    Developing sub-project plan, and work with leadership to assign/obtain needed resources for project success.

    Working with project sponsors and stakeholders to manage project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources and timing.

    Understanding stakeholder analysis and support key communications activities.

    Coordinating key migration activities while monitoring progress against plan. Ensure the planned approach is operating optimally and is implemented successfully.

    Monitoring migration/change activities during the migration delivery to ensure an optimum approach for managing the volume and pace of change is being applied.

    Participating and driving process improvement activities as scheduled in the overarching HR Transformation Project Plan. Work to identify process improvement opportunities within Regional specific processes.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college

    Have 8 years of experience in HR or Project Management

    Have experience with Lead Global Implementations

    Have Change Management experience

    Be able to demonstate ability to analyze and resolve problems.

    Demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

    Be able to demonstrate project management skills and be experience in project leadership.
