The NDT
The NDT Technician will work under the direct supervision of an NDT Level to obtain technical knowledge and hands-on training hours required with the goal of successfully obtaining an NDT Level certification and perform various inspection tasks independently. They must be familiar with OSHA requirements for safety and hot work onboard naval vessels.
  • An individual should be qualified to properly perform specific calibrations, specific processes (VT & PT) and specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions.
  • Perform inspections completed required documentation under the supervision of an Technican.
