- Full time position.
- Compensation ranges from $51K to $75K depending on experience.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a mental health field such as counseling, social work, or music therapy.
- License, registration, and/or certification appropriate to the field.
- Knowledge of DSM-V diagnosis.
- Conduct therapy assessments and provide group and individual therapy to inpatient psychiatric patients of all ages.
- Complete documentation accurately and within specified time frames.
- Cross train as appropriate and contribute to various department needs.
- Assess patient strengths and needs, delegating tasks to Mental Health Technicians as necessary.
- Participate in outpatient behavioral health services and conduct group therapy sessions.
- Work collaboratively within a multi disciplinary treatment team.
