    Facility: GSS NE Bloomfield

    Location: Bloomfield, NE

    Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts

    Job Schedule: Part time

    Job Summary

    • Support patients/residents/clients with therapy activities and exercises outlined in treatment plans, supervised by a physical therapist, to enhance their quality of life and daily functioning.
    • Deliver, monitor, and document therapy services for individuals with physical or developmental challenges, following established standards and procedures.
    • Track progress of patients/residents/clients and make necessary treatment adjustments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
    • Prepare treatment equipment and assist individuals to ensure proper completion of therapy sessions.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned based on location and facility requirements, focusing on post-acute, long term care, and home health care settings.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) required with on-the-job training provided.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months of employment.
    • Appropriate driver's license may be needed in some cases, along with meeting medical standards for specific driving categories.
