    Role Overview

    We're seeking a multifaceted EWM Techno-Functional Consultant who excels in business analysis, and technical and functional expertise in SAP EWM, configuration, testing, and project management. This role is crucial in effectively bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring the success of our SAP EWM implementations.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. End-to-End EWM Solution Management: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive SAP EWM solutions, encompassing all stages from concept to deployment. Good exposure to Blue Yonder is definitely a plus

    2. Advanced Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying key areas for improvement and optimization through SAP EWM.

    3. Strategic Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing timelines, resources, and risks effectively.

    4. Technical and Functional Configuration: Expertly handle both the technical setup and functional configuration of SAP EWM modules, tailoring solutions to specific business needs.

    5. Comprehensive Testing and Troubleshooting: Develop and execute detailed testing plans. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the highest levels of system performance and reliability.

    6. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

    7. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest SAP EWM updates and trends. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and business processes.

    8. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and deliver effective training programs. Ensure knowledge transfer for sustainable system use and maintenance.

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.


    • 7+ years of combined experience in SAP EWM, business analysis, and project management.


    • Proven expertise in SAP EWM configuration, customization, and system integration.


    • Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.


    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.


    • SAP EWM certification and experience in the healthcare or consumer products industry are highly desirable.


    • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
