    *RN (Registered Nurse) PCU -2494/Weekly*Genie Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to fill an opening located in Watertown NY for $69.28 Hourly Blended

    • 13 weeks
    • Night 12 hours
    • 7 PM-7.30 AM
    • 36 hrs wk= $2494 gross/wk

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Progressive Care Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.

    As a Progressive Care Registered Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients who require continuous monitoring and advanced medical interventions.

    Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being and recovery of our patients.


    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and oxygen levels
    • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care
    • Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem solving skills.
    Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize and delegate.

    • Ensure adherence to medical office standards, including infection control protocols

    Requirements:

    • Valid RN license in the state of NY
    • BLS,ACLS,PALS,IV and IV contrast certification required.
    • Coronary care course or successful completion of challenge exam within orientation period.
    • Basic lethal dysrhythmia within six months of employment.
    , and NIHSS certification within the first 6 months of employment.

    • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
    • Current critical care experience preferred.
    • Traveler must have completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment. New travelers will not be considered.
    • Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles, ability to provide quality patient care and ability to assess patient's needs, e.
    g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual.

    • Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts or move patients in a safe manner.
