Mitigation Company is looking for an experienced Production Manager, Crew Chief or Lead Mitigation Technician to join their team as a Project Manager in Van Nuys, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with multiple options in solving their problems.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in water damage restoration projects.
• Efficiently manage project timelines and schedules.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with team members and clients.
• Address objections effectively and showcase sales intuition when interacting with clients.
• Maintain an organized and methodical mentality, paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Be open to constructive criticism and continuously seek improvement.
• Handle pressure with a positive and realistic personality.
