    Description


    A premier manufacturing company in Portland, OR is on the lookout for two dedicated Mechanical Assembly Technicians to join their team They are looking for candidates who are naturally mechanical to assemble and test D/C controlled electric tools.

    The ideal candidate has one year of experience in electrical assembly, familiarity with basic hand and power tools, and the ability to interpret engineering schematics and drawings.

    Mechanical Assembly Technician Requirements:
    Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, with a preference for those experienced in automotive repair or similar fieldsAbility to understand and interpret technical drawings and diagramsFamiliarity with MS Office and timecard entry softwareHigh School Diploma or GED strongly preferredProficiency in troubleshooting, especially in quality control, electrical circuits, and mechanical stack upsExperience building PCs and using torque or electrical measurement devices preferredStrong team player with effective communication skills

    Mechanical Assembly Technician Responsibilities:
