岗位职责
研发大模型,包括模型的预训练、SFT、推理加速等,包括不局限于文本、图片、视频等模态
负责大模型训练相关的数据清洗和预处理
负责将AIGC等技术落地到具体业务场景中,支撑公司AI方向业务的发展
负责AI产品解决方案的标杆分析和行业洞察,了解AI发展趋势和最新动态,规划和识别落地业务场景需求,明确产品定位,制定模式,保证竞争力行业优先
通过数据和算法驱动产品优化,保障AI产品实现交付,带来公司业务增长

任职要求
具有扎实的数据和计算机基础,能针对不同业务场景选择合适的算法进行特征提取、模型建立、效果评估及模型优化,所开发的算法通用性强,能有较广范围的落地应用
对常见算法有深入了解,熟练应用开源框架,能快速学习新技术,善于解决问题和分析问题,具有良好的代码风格和质量
对NLP、CV相关的产品和商业模式有成功经验及深入理解
善于进行行业洞察和标杆分析,有一定的行业影响力,对行业动态、合作伙伴的业务策略,商业模式有较全面的理解。


Job Responsibilities:
Research and develop LLM, including pre-training, SFT, inference acceleration, etc., covering multi modalities such as text, images, and videos.
Responsible for data preprocessing related to training LLM.
Implement AIGC to specific business scenarios to support the development of related business areas.

Conduct benchmark analysis and industry insights for AI product solutions, understand the trends and latest developments in AI in the United States, identify and plan for business scenario requirements, define product positioning, establish models, and ensure competitive advantage within the industry.

Drive product optimization through data and algorithms, ensuring the delivery of AI products and contributing to company business growth.

Job Requirements:

Solid foundation in data and computer science, capable of selecting suitable algorithms for feature extraction, model establishment, performance evaluation, and model optimization across different business scenarios, with strong applicability and wide-ranging practical use.

In-depth understanding of common algorithms, proficient in using open-source frameworks, quick at learning new technologies, adept at problem-solving and analysis, and possess good coding style and quality.

Successful experience and deep understanding of NLP and CV related products and business models.

Proficient in industry insights and benchmark analysis, possessing a certain level of industry influence, and having a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, business strategies of partners, and business models.
