    Attorney Development Coordinator

    for a

    HYBRID and Full-Time Position


    The position requires a candidate who is currently working within a law firm or professional services firm, executing the duties of data management, employee onboarding, and employee training and professional development.


    HOURS:
    Monday

    Friday, 9:30 AM

    5:30 PM EST

    SCHEDULE |


    LOCATION:
    HYBRID (2 Days in Office, 3 Days Working from Home) | Washington, D.C.


    PAY:
    $65 - $78K + Discretionary Bonus (Commensurate w/Experience)

    IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelors Degree in Human Resources and/or Related field


    REQUIRED
    3+ yrs Experience in Development or Program Coordination Experience in a Law Firm or Professional Services Firm
    Knowledge of Industry best practices and trends within Development
    MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); with Ability to learn new software
    Strong Organization and Communication skills


    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
    Coordinate new hire process, including planning orientation schedules and conducting onboarding training
    Coordinate transfer and offboarding process, including exit interview reports
    Coordinate Leave of Absence, including Paid Family Leave
    Coordinate bar admissions, annual bar renewals, and related reporting
    Compile data in preparation for review meetings and ensuring timely completion of evaluations and reviews
    Maintain department files, central index of personnel files, records, and calendars
