Responsibilities:
Composing Process Performance and Product Quality Monitoring deliverables.
Examples include collating data for Annual Product Reviews, ensuring Process Monitoring documentation is in place, completing APR deliverables accurately and on time, and ensuring control limit deliverables are completed timely and accurately.
Ensuring data quality for Process Monitoring by confirming data is readily available in proper pipelines on a timely and accurate basis.
This may include troubleshooting pipelines, adding conditions to process monitoring databases, or adding new sources to databases.Troubleshooting existing dashboards and data visualization products owned by the team including but not limited to Spotfire Reports, Smartsheet Dashboards, Knowledge Management Databases, SIMCA multivariate models, etc.
Building existing capabilities into existing tools or build new digital tools through the use of applications such as SIMCA, Spotfire, Tableau, Smartsheet as required by internal customersWorking with large quantities of data to enable general workflows such as data processing, cleaning, and labeling.
Troubleshooting and testing data solutions to ensure desired data structures are robust and complete

Must Have Skill Sets:
Previous experience in role at pharma/biomanufacturing company and familiarity with biomanufacturing processes
Experience with SQL/Data Analytics/Data Visualization softwares/tools
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently, but raise questions/concerns as needed in order to ensure quality work
Must have background and experience bioprocessing experience
People who previously worked in a lab who are moving over to data are ideal for this role
Strong ability to communicate across many sites (good people skills)
Qualifications:
Bioprocessing/Pharmaceutical background preferred.
Preference for candidates with previous experience in process development, clinical or commercial scale manufacturing, attribute sciences, QC, or early stage process development background looking to make a transition into a digital role
Some experience with digital tools such as visualization software or packages (i.e. Spotfire/Tableau, SIMCA/SIMCA Online, DeltaV/Aveeva PI Data Historian).
SQL, Python, or R language familiarity
Experience with advanced statistical/analytical techniques
Bachelor's degree (mathematics, computer science, engineering, or other quantitative discipline)
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
