Job Description

All In-Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) High Performance Computing (HPC) Modernization Program (DoD HPCMP) and the U.S.

Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) DoD Supercomputing Resource Center (DSRC) located at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
The Senior Systems Analyst will work with numerous AFRL customers across in support of mission-critical research activities on the HPC systems


Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Monitor HPC system performance and fine-tune as necessary,
Review and establish workflow/scheduler policies on HPC systems,
Collect utilization and throughput data for HPC jobs,
Configure HPC systems using consistent and repeatable processes,
Install and configure software on HPC systems,
Collaborate with users to tune HPC jobs for optimal performance,
Resolve user issues received via the HPC Help Desk,
Perform testing on HPC systems to ensure system functionality, and
Document processes and configurations as necessary.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
*Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience.
*Top Secret/SC

Experience with scheduler/workload manager (Portable Batch System (PBS), Simple Linux Utility for Resource Management (SLURM), or IBM Platform Load Sharing Facility (LSF)).

High Performance Computing/cluster management experience.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience in various HPC systems, various HPC technologies:
Cray/Cray EX, IBM, SGI, Penguin, or custom architectures
InfiniBand (IB), Intel Omni-Path interconnects
Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC, or ARM CPUs
Nvidia graphic processing units (GPU)s
ITIL Foundation
