    Margin/OT Billing Rules - Candidates contracted for 48 hours - OT is billed after 48hrs

    ITC & perm staff must have been termed for at least 6 months


    Nursys:

    Specialty:
    MS/Tele. 36 or 48 hours accepted for this position

    Med Surg & MS/Tele Ratios: 1:6, occasional 1:7. This is a fast pace/high case load facility please ensure candidates are cleared on the job requirements prior to submitting -

    Experience Required: 2 years

    First time travelers are accepted

    Every other weekend required


    Floating Required:
    Must be willing to float within specialty and between campuses (4.5 miles away)


    Certifications required:

    BCLS

    Certifications Preferred:
    chemotherapy administration certification


    Skills Required:
    Cardiac Monitoring, gastrointestinal experience, renal failure, IV, heparin/insulin/PCA, ortho experience, CVA, spinal cord and traumatic brain injury experience required, respiratory experience required

    Must pass cardiac exam during orientation

    EMR experience required though Meditech Expanse training is covered during orientation

    Unit Info

    Unit is primarily Ortho/post-surgical and trauma; a select part of the unit is dedicated to oncology patients. Chemotherapy is sometimes administered by trained nurses who are certified

    Must be willing to float within specialty and between campuses (4.5 miles away)
