    • Assist with developing and executing the proactive risk-based education strategy for HCA Healthcare.
    • Drive positive change through performance improvement strategies.
    • Stay abreast of legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards to assist with compliance through education and training.
    • Collaborate with Regulatory and Accreditation Services (RAS) Department for onsite assessment findings.
    • Serve as a forward-facing leader of Clinical Education & Regulatory and Accreditation Services (RAS) across multiple corporate teams.
    • Offer education guidance for regulatory and accreditation compliance.
    • Assist facilities with preparation for CMS and TJC surveys.
    • Conduct ongoing research to remain current with regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • College Graduate – Bachelor Required.
    • Master or Doctoral degree.
    • 5+ years of experience in relevant work experience, Surgical Services experience strongly preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in leadership role.
    • Experience with Regulatory and/or Accreditation entities.
    • Registered nurse, Engineer/Facilities, healthcare administrator, or other licensed healthcare professional.
    • Consulting and educational program delivery skills and expertise.
    • Must be a team participant focused toward HCA Healthcare clinical improvement strategies.

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on title, job description, and location.
