We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager (RN) to join our team and lead the Women's Health Unit. In this role you will work closely with the director to motivate, mentor, champion and support your team to achieve the best outcomes for their patients. · As a Nurse Manager, you will work collaboratively with the director to manage day-to-day clinical operations of the unit, assuring quality care is delivered to our patients.

· You will participate in staff personnel management activities including interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training new employees, counselling and evaluating staff performance, and scheduling and employee rounding.

· Coordinating with the director you will ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, governmental and organizational standards, including quality metrics (Core Measures and HCAHPS).

· You will maintain cultural and diversity awareness on employee and patient rounding, and whenever dealing with patients, visitors, co-workers, and other customers, and support your staff to do so as well.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree
