    Job DescriptionVaco is working with a family-owned wholesale company in Downtown Phoenix in their search for a strong Billing Specialist to join their team The role will handle invoicing of customers, management of vendor invoices. processing expense reports and monitoring the billing process from beginning to end.

The individual who will thrive here possesses a problem solver mindset and is able to think outside of the box when they confront issues. A background in a similar wholesale industry or even construction would be great, but is not required.

    Job Duties:
    1. Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
    2. Process payments received from clients and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
    3. Monitor accounts receivable to identify and follow up on overdue payments.
    4. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.
    5. Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary information for billing purposes.
    6. Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities and customer interactions.
    7. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable.
    8. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to billing and invoicing.
