Description
We are looking for a talented engineer for the Lead Unity Developer position.As a part of the Thundermark team, you will lead and grow a team of engineers, and build amazing game projects with them.
Responsibilities:
Develop technical design of game systems that meet the design and technical needs of the project;
Lead, manage and grow a talented and diverse team of engineers in building a variety of game projects and solutions that level up the developer experience;
Review code to ensure that newly developed features and systems meet expectations andare coherent with existing code;
Coordinate with other teams, create relationships and lead on shared technical initiatives.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in game programming;
A minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team of game programmers;
Proficient in C# and Unity;
Strong data-structure logic, and technical design skills;
The empathy that allows you to see from a player's point of view, as well as your team's.
Would be a plus:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or Software engineering;
Experience with a variety of platforms: PC, Consoles, IOS, Android;
Experience with multiplayer projects.
