Job summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide 24-hour in-home support to a client in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients while developing valuable skills in healthcare and caregiving.Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Catheter care and colostomy care (experience required, will train)
- Ambulation assistance and safety monitoring
- Meal preparation / light cooking
- Comfort care and support for a hospice patient
- Medication help and reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, including those with dementia or Alzheimer's disease/li>Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
