Junior Cyber Exercise Planner

Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid
Travel required 10-25%

Job Description:

Join our team as a Junior Cyber Exercise Planner to support the National Cybersecurity Exercise Program (NCEP) efforts. You'll be part of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Exercises sub-division, working on developing, designing, and analyzing cyber exercises and workshops on various levels.

What You'll Do:

Plan, coordinate, and execute cyber exercises following HSEEP principles
Develop scenarios and exercise constructs
Create after-action reports and improvement plans
Coordinate requirement gathering sessions and work with stakeholders

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience: 2+ years of related experience
Security Clearance Level: Secret or Top Secret
Skills: Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 applications; strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service orientation; ability to multitask and respond to requests effectively; proven teamwork abilities

Additional Information:

The salary range for this position is $76,500 - $103,500, based on experience, location, and requirements. Learn more about our benefits and total rewards program.
