    The Manager of Quality and Exit Strategy assumes the crucial responsibility of overseeing data quality and providing support to the case management team across various EA Family Shelters in North Central Massachusetts, specifically focusing on shelter exits.

    Operating under the guidance of the Director of Shelter Case Management, this role ensures strict adherence to the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities' (EOHLC) Shelter Scope of Services, as well as meticulous management of Efforts to Outcome (ETO) and End 2 End (E2E) data collection for the program.

    Additionally, the Manager of Quality and Exit Strategy plays a pivotal role in cultivating partnerships with community property owners and vendors.

    Collaborating closely with the case management team, they contribute significantly to the program's success in placing families into permanent housing.

    The Manager of Quality and Exit Strategy collaborates closely with the Director of Shelter Case Management to accurately track case management efforts in ETO, ensuring absolute adherence to the comprehensive standards set by the EOHLC Shelter Scope of Services.

    The Manager of Quality and Exit Strategy is responsible for submitting HomeBASE applications in the E2E software, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurate.

    Establish partnerships with Regional Administrative Agencies to ensure a seamless application and approval process for shelter placements where families are accessing the HomeBASE benefit.

    The Manager of Quality and Exit Strategy demonstrates a commitment to excellence by maintaining accuracy in various spreadsheets and reports crucial to the success of case management operations.

    Develop and consistently update a comprehensive spreadsheet cataloging local property owners, ensuring a robust resource for the team's housing initiatives.

    The Manager of Quality and Exit Strategy establish relationships with local property owners and vendors to help support the case management team with identifying available units for the families' shelter exit.

    Conduct thorough research and deliver concise and timely communication regarding open waitlists, housing lotteries, and additional housing opportunities to empower the case management team.

    The Manager of Quality and Exit Strategy attend all EOHLC meetings and training, as needed, determined by the Director of Shelter Case Management.

    Maintain a high level of familiarity with relevant housing laws and regulations, particularly those related to Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws, to expertly navigate and advocate for clients when necessary.

    5 years' experience in the human service field
    ~2 years' experience working within the State's Family Emergency Assistance Shelter Program funded by EOHLC.
    ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
    ~ Ability to demonstrate compassion and the ability to understand the needs of homeless families.
    ~ Experience in shelter, housing, housing stabilization, clinical service, trauma-informed care.
    ~ Prominent commitment to DEI and ability to lead the cultural competency dialogue and planning over the long term in a sustainable manner.

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Must be able to travel between sites.
