Reports to: Director, All Stars Project (ASP) of Dallas
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000/annualized

Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Production and Operations for the All Stars Project (ASP) of Dallas is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operational, administrative, and budgetary areas of the ASP of Dallas. This leader manages the production of major special events and community-based programs, ensuring that schedules, resources, and priorities are effectively coordinated across all areas of the ASP of Dallas operations.
As a key member of the ASP of Dallas leadership team, the Senior Manager leads and executes mid‑ and high‑level projects to successful completion. This role requires strong collaboration with staff, philanthropic partners, and community stakeholders to advance programmatic and operational goals. The Senior Manager partners closely with the Director to implement ASP of Dallas strategies, policies, and best practices. They also cultivate a team culture that supports the development of impactful programs for young people and adults throughout the Dallas community.
The position is a hybrid role that requires some in-person attendance at the ASP in the Dallas office, as well as weekend and evening availability.

The All Stars Project, Inc. (ASP) is a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to transform the lives of youth from poor and underserved communities using the developmental power of performance, in partnership with caring adults, giving everyone the opportunity to grow. While the ASP's afterschool programs include hip-hop talent shows, training in theatre and the arts, and programs where we partner with the business community to help young people create a professional performance, we are doing so much more – we are building community and imagining possibility. Founded in 1981, the ASP operates in New York City, New Jersey, San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago and Dallas. The ASP is primarily privately funded, with two-thirds of our support coming from individuals.
