Responsibilities

Associate Director of Social Services
Full-Time
$5000 Sign-On Bonus Available

The Associate Director of Social Services assists with the leadership and strategic planning of the Social Services Department and its inpatient programs, ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and facility's performance goals and objectives.

Participates

with the Department Director as an administrative and clinical leader, including supervision of overall treatment process and assigning client care responsibilities in accordance with the philosophy of the facility and level of care requirements.

Also, ensures that the department maintains a safe, therapeutic, and structured milieu at all times and provides leadership for successful program development.

The Associate Director oversees the quality and fidelity of patient discharge plans. The Associate Director also oversees and drives clinical outcomes. Additionally, provides clinical supervision to therapists and guidance to the Discharge Coordinators.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/

EDUCATION:
Master's Degree in Social Work is required.

A minimum of three (3) years' experience with children/adolescents/adults in a behavioral health setting is required, with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in advanced clinical/management practice is required.

A minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience is required.
LICENSURE/

CERTIFICATION:
LCSW is required.

Primary Source Verification shall be required through Illinois Department of Professional Regulations
