    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Migration Planning and Execution:

    • Assess the current Google Workspace environment and develop migration strategy to Office 365.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities for migration.
    • Plan and execute the migration process, including data transfer, user provisioning, and testing.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.

    Office 365 Administration:

    • Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Office 365 environment.
    • Configure and maintain Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
    • Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of company data.

    User Support and Training:

    • Provide technical support to end-users for Office 365 applications and services.
    • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to help users maximize their productivity with Office 365.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for Office 365, assisting users with troubleshooting and best practices.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Office 365 configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Generate reports on system usage, performance metrics, and security incidents as needed.
    • Use insights from reports to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an Office 365 Engineer, with specific expertise in migration from Google Workspace to Office 365.
    • In-depth knowledge of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
    • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and best practices for security and data protection.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Microsoft certifications such as MCSA: Office 365 or MCSE: Productivity are a plus.
