    A Delaware-based tech services company is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new IT Business Systems Analyst to their team in Wilmington. In this role, the IT Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing effective IT solutions to enhance and streamline our manufacturing processes.

    ***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***

    Responsibilities:

    The IT Business Systems Analyst will:

    • Gather and document detailed requirements for system enhancements, process improvements, and new initiatives
    • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and systems to identify areas for optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction
    • Develop detailed system design specifications and functional requirements that align with business needs and objectives
    • Assess and recommend software solutions and technologies that support manufacturing processes
    • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for data-driven decision-making
    • Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans
    • Assist in planning and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes within the manufacturing domain
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flowcharts, system diagrams, and user guides
    • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize new systems and technologies
    • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical problems promptly
    • Perform other duties, as needed
    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of integrations between production planning/scheduling, inventory & batch management, and quality controls with manufacturing processes
    • Familiarity with manufacturing software, such as ERP systems and MES
    • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting tools
    • Proven skills in Project Management
    • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
    • Great interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized
