    We are looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our team You will be responsible for repairing various tractors and other miscellaneous farm equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Valid driver's license is required
    • Ability to perform simple to complex repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment
    • Functional knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural equipment
    • Accounts for all time on a computer system
    • Accurately documents service/repairs made and accounts for all material used in performing assigned duties
    • Ability to use diagnostic computer programs and basic computer functions
    • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a mechanic
    • Knowledge of shop equipment
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
