    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    1.
    According to the group strategy, researched and formulated various operation measures of the new direct selling business, exported business operation and innovation management strategies V-Moment, multi-wing, new market and new direct sales business linkage and complement each other;

    2.
    Cooperate with the regional general manager to develop phased goals, measurement indicators and specific work plans;

    3.
    Formulate various rules and regulations, work processes, and improve the management and control system;

    4.
    Undertake the introduction results of the investment team, connect with partners, evaluate and judge the feasibility of cooperation, and ensure that the cooperation intention is transformed into specific cooperation projects;

    5.
    Conducted project-based management of cooperative projects, planned project nodes, coordinated project resources and promoted the implementation of projects by all departments;

    6.
    Put forward reasonable suggestions and programs in products, business, education, foreign affairs, conferences, personnel and property control and other aspects;

    7.
    Supervised and controlled the whole process, assessed various risks, formulated plans to ensure healthy and stable operation;

    8.
    Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

    Job Requirements:

    1.
    Bachelor degree or above, excellent conditions can be appropriately relaxed;

    2.
    5-10 years of working experience, with marketing operation management experience in direct selling, medical beauty, big health, new retail and FMCG industries;

    3.
    Experience in financial management, risk control and branch management;

    4.
    Have certain decision-making power, good executive power, emergency response ability, market insight, coordination, business innovation ability, network building ability, strong sense of responsibility and good professional ethics;

    5.
    Familiar with financial, tax, product, logistics, direct selling and other related legal systems, familiar with direct selling business, familiar with the management network team;

    6.
    English as the working language, simple Chinese communication is preferred.
