    CNC Machinist Pay :$32-35/hour

    CNC Machinist Shifts Available:(Maple Grove, MN)
    • 1st:M-Th 7am-4:30pm, Fri 7am-11am
    • 2nd:M-Th 4:30pm-3am
    CNC Machinist Job Overview:The CNC Machinist will work in a job shop environment with most production runs less than 50 parts.You provide customers with the best in close tolerance, custom metal fabricated component parts and assemblies.You will program, setup and operate Makino, Matsuura and Haas Mills 3-5 axis machines to produce complex parts and components down to subminiature levels.

    CNC Machinist Key Requirements:
    • 5 years minimum experience with Makino and Haas horizontal and/or vertical milling centers including:
      • Experience reading blueprints to determine part specifications
      • Experience creating, editing CNC programs (Gibbs software a plus)
      • Experience setting up, running 3-5 axis CNC Makino and Haas machines
    • Math and computer skills and the ability to make precise adjustments
    • Knowledge of appropriate speeds and feeds for materials and tools.
    • Enjoy job shop environment, most production runs less than 50 parts
    Experienced CNC Machinist

    CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities:
    • Program, setup and operate Makino, Matsuura and Haas Mills 3-5 axis machines to produce complex parts and components down to subminiature levels
    • Work from blueprints, specification and/or instructions to rough and finish parts to close tolerances
    • Verify speeds and feeds for tooling.Perform production operations, monitoring machine performance and quality continuously.
    • Work in a job shop environment with most production runs less than 50 parts
