We are looking for an Estimator to continue building the best preconstruction team with an emphasis on Mission Critical/Live Environments, Manufacturing and Industrial Projects.

Manage the bid proposal process to determine scope of work for various projects
Review design options and provide solutions based on cost, engineering and materials
Develop and maintain working relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and vendors
Working knowledge of contract documents, including blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Ability to recognize errors or inconsistencies with project-related costs and scope.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Accubid estimating software experience a plus
5+ years combined electrical and estimating experience
