- Remain constantly curious and continually educate yourself on the technologies related to this role to ensure the current and future success of your business partners, teammates and yourself. - Bring to bear your technological knowledge to build and design processes to ensure the on-time delivery of projects, aligned to the exciting HR Technology agenda.
- Use your soft skills (relationship building, excellent communication) to influence business decisions, products, vendors, technologies we use to ensure the success of the HR team.

- Your desire to maintain a high level of quality will shine through to ensure that processes and quality practices are being followed.
Your Basic Requirements:- Bachelor of Science degree
- 5+ years working with a range of technologies, platforms or architecture.
- Knowledge of Change Management Processes, Project Management practices.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
Previous experience in working in a regulated/GxP environment would be useful, but not required.
Additional Information:
• Travel 5% (to conference, or if candidate is located outside of Indianapolis, for HQ trips).
• Position location - Most business partners are located in Indianapolis, however other candidate locations with cross over time zones will be considered.
