Schedule:

• Shift Times: Monday
• Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM, with every third weekend rotation

Start Date:

ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Providing clinical pharmacy services to patients and healthcare providers
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outes
• Monitoring medication therapy for effectiveness and safety
• Educating patients and healthcare professionals on medication use and safety

Requirements:

• Pharm.

D degree or B.S. Pharm. with equivalent relevant experience

• Current licensure in the State of Delaware, or eligibility to reciprocate
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
