    We are committed to delivering exceptional service and are currently seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee our client's operations in the Billings, Montana area.

    This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in pharmacy management and the ability to hold licenses in multiple states.


    Job Summary:


    The Pharmacist-in-Charge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing outstanding patient care.

    The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining our reputation for excellence in pharmacy services.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
    • Maintain licensure in multiple states and ensure all pharmacy activities are in line with each state's specific regulations.
    • Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing leadership and professional development.
    • Optimize and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excessive surplus.
    • Implement and oversee adherence to safety and security protocols.
    • Address and resolve any issues related to prescriptions, patient care, and staff performance.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy management.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment with company goals.
    • Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management regarding pharmacy operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
    D.) degree from an accredited institution.

    • Active pharmacist license in good standing with the ability to be licensed in multiple states.
    • Experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy setting.
    • Strong understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
    • Experience in managing pharmacy operations and budgeting.
