CACI is seeking a Data Architect to augment the CACI Program Management Office (PMO) that is entrusted by the U.S
Government to provide operations and maintenance, and development of custom financial applications

As part of CACI's Intel Application Services, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation's safety, security, and prosperity
Duties include but are not limited to:Lead integration of data applications to enable data governance, quality, cataloging, tagging, security and developing dashboards.
Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions.
Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows and develop conceptual data models.
Create logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy.
Maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models along with corresponding metadata.
Develop best practices for standard naming conventions and coding practices to ensure consistency of data models.
Support the contract program management office to deliver briefings and presentations to the government.
Interface with external application vendors
Required Qualifications:TS/SCI CI Poly.
BA/BS Degree in a Technical field (i.e., Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science).
10+ years of work experience in design and implementation of data models for complex data environments.
8+ years' experience architecting data management solutions with AWS to include big data solutions.
8+ years' experience performing "as-is" analysis to identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, consolidation and reducing complexities.
6+ years' experience in working with predictive analytics, data visualization, or unstructured data.
6+ years' experience supporting integration of data management capabilities that provide data governance policies, quality, and security.
6+ years' experience devising ETL strategies and leveraging technologies.
Bachelor's degree with
Minimum 4 years of strong experience to design scalable data models and data flows.
Experience with big data analytics, data engineering, data pipelines and experience with LLMs and python scripting and tooling such as databricks
Medium to strong statistical understanding, ability to understand and infer model reports, feature importance, validation reports and advise domain/business SMEs and help to make right decisions on the modelling
Strong scripting knowledge in R & SQL
Proficiency with leading data profiling tools (such as SQL, BI tools, etc.)
Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse initiatives including Data Model development, Semantic/Data Access Layer Development, Reporting and Dashboard Creation
Experience working within an agile sprint development team environment using Jira and Confluence.
Ability to creatively collaborate with other program personnel to ensure a unified and well-executed goal.
Composure and ability to lead with confidence and calmness when faced with competing high-priority projects and difficult decisions and when delivering presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools
These Qualifications would be nice to have:AWS Cloud Certifications.
Experience using COTS products to manage data.
Experience supporting financial system data.
Experienced in data science / machine learning lifecycle processes, methods, tools.
Hands on programming experience in R for Data analysis, Statistical inferencing and data science modelling in R.
Knowledge of other tools for ML, MLOps, Data Prep and languages (Python) will be a plus
