Bud & Marilyn's Restaurant in Midtown Village of Philadelphia is currently accepting resumes for a full time sous chef to join our team. We are looking for people with energy, experience and ready to do what it takes to produce at a high level.
This position requires the ability to handle bigger projects for the restaurant. We are looking for a candidate to be highly organized. This position requires the chef to be in charge of prep team projects as well.
We expect this candidate to be able to follow recipes that are in place, such as but not limited to:
-Pickling seasonal produce
-Stocks/sauces/soups
-Braising meats
-Pasta making
Weekend availability is a must.
2 weeks time off
