Job Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Preowned Manager, you will be responsible for customer retention and profitability in your assigned new and/or pre-owned vehicle dealership, promoting and driving results while creating a positive working environment. This will involve effective personnel management, knowledge of market potential, establishing performance standards, and a keen awareness of each department's break-even data.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

• Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all salespeople

• Making manager appointment confirmation phone calls

• Diving into customer base in CRM to identify likely purchasers and contacting via phone and email to generate appointment-based traffic

• Completing deals and turning them into the accounting office in a prompt and timely manner

• Conducting daily and weekly sales meetings

• Forecasting and establishing monthly and annual performance goals and objectives

• Maintaining an accurate daily activity log for the dealership

• Inspiring and maintaining a customer-focused teamwork mentality

• Reviewing inventory daily for maximum turnover efficiency

• Attending all meetings and training when applicable

• Knowing and understanding all applicable federal, state, and local laws

Compensation Range:
$100,000+
