    The Role

    Are you an experienced restaurant general manager, with a passion for pancakes and people? Can you manage a team as well as you can manage a menu? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

    We are a unique, brunch-only concept restaurant group, looking to appoint an experienced and gregarious General Manager to our growing team.

    You will be the driving force behind the success of our brunch-only concept restaurant.

    Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the establishment, from managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service to overseeing financial performance and maintaining quality standards.

    The Person
    3-5 Years of General Manager experience in a fast paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant with prior FOH and BOH experience.
    A solid leader that values and respects all employees while earning their respect.
    Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing.
    Team Development and Commitment.
    An upward trajectory career path and responsibility with a proven passion in hospitality.
    A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better
