    D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Insuring Resolution Specialist in the Post Closing Department. The right candidate will obtain any additional documents/documentation for the VA/FHA Case Binders as identified by the insurers to expedite the issuance of the guaranty or insurance.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • Monitor the Insuring Exception Report to keep the numbers as low as possible with the goal of 0 loans over 45 days old
    • Coordinate with company personnel, vendors, buyers, and sellers on a daily basis to collect the outstanding items
    • Contact the above-mentioned parties on a continual basis until all required documentation is received (especially those items on the 45 Day Exception Report)
    • Ship the reviewed and completed VA/FHA Case Binders for guaranty or insurance on a daily basis
    • Perform basic administrative duties as needed
    • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
    Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • One to two years of related experience and/or training
    • Ability to work well within a team
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
    • Proficiency with MS Office and email
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university a plus
    • Strong communication skills
    • Multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
