    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and innovative Modeling & Simulation Hardware Engineer to join our team, focusing on designing and developing hardware solutions for modeling and simulation test racks.

    This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality hardware solutions.

    Position, is On-Site Full Time.


    Responsibilities:


    5 – 10 Years experience Designing and developing hardware solutions for modeling and simulation test racks, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and peripheral devices.

    Define hardware specifications and requirements based on project objectives, performance criteria, and industry standards.
    Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to select appropriate hardware components and technologies.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, system architects, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of hardware systems.

    Perform prototyping, testing, and validation of hardware designs to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with project requirements.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize hardware performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
    Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to hardware development, incorporating relevant advancements into project designs.
    Generate documentation including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
    Installation of hardware and hardware in racks will be required.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    Proven experience in hardware development, preferably in the requirements, design and implementation of hardware for modeling and simulation applications.
    Strong knowledge of hardware components, architectures, and technologies, with a focus on servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
    Experience with the installation of hardware, testing methodologies, including prototype development, validation testing, and troubleshooting.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
    Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
    Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to hardware development (e.g., IEEE, ISO).
