- BS Degree in Engineering with 2-4+ years of experience or 1-2 years of experience with an MS Degree
- Must have CAPA experience
- Experience in Functional Engineering Roles such as Design Assurance, Operations Quality, and Product Analysis
- Expertise in diagnostic catheters and wires design changes
- Proven ability to apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies
- Ability to develop and execute streamlined business systems for quality issue identification and resolution
- Represent quality for design changes related to diagnostic catheters and wires
- Own CAPAs related to design non-conformances
- Act as an effective leader or team member supporting quality disciplines, decisions, and practices
- Identify, prioritize, communicate, and resolve quality issues using systematic problem-solving methodologies
- Assure the development and execution of streamlined business systems which effectively identify and resolve quality issues.
