    MIT Program Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing in specialty being considered for Minimum of 1 year experience traveling in specialty being considered for Must be willing to flex between any of Memorial Health Affiliate locations (mid assignment or upon accepting extension of assignment) Must be willing to work every other weekend and any Holiday that is observed over the course of assignment

    Graduate of approved School of Radiologic Technology; If not otherwise specified by the professional licensing body, the maximum allowable time to practice in a registration pending status is three months.

    Active license required in radiography from the IEMA Division of Nuclear Safety. Must maintain educational requirements for State licensure and ARRT registration.

    Moderate to heavy physical exertion, standing 80% of the time, frequent bending and reaching (80 inches from the floor) and occasional lifting and carrying of loads (5 to 75 pounds).

    Performs routine radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures according to department policy and procedures. Enters data into computer system.
    Utilizes interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with Surgical Staff and Surgeons.
    Maintains thorough knowledge of surgical radiographic equipment and radiation safety.
    Remains flexible in accepting rotating schedules.
    Follows IDPH compliance guidelines when entering the operating room suites.

    Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
