    Description

    Primary Objective of Position:

    To provide neat and clean public and service space areas that are in line with resort standards and operating procedures to maximize guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and resort revenue.

    Major Areas of Accountability:

    1. Maintain lobbies, game room, elevators, stairways, hallways, ashtrays, and front desk area to assure they are clean, neat, and free of all rubbish and debris

    2. Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests.

    3. Cleans resort offices to provide clean, neat, and fresh work areas

    4. Cleans locker rooms and other back of the house areas to maintain a clean, safe work environment

    5. Advises supervisor of any unusual or extraordinary problems to assure they are handled in a timely manner

    6. Adheres to scheduled work hours to assure proper coverage of work assignments

    7. Acquires working knowledge of resort and its facilities to provide proper information in response to guests' questions

    8. Attends scheduled meetings to promote maximum morale, productivity, and efficiency

    9. Performs all accountabilities in a timely and efficient manner to assure smooth function of public space cleaning

    10. Adheres to scheduled work hours, is punctual, and gives ample notice if unable to meet schedule to assure smooth operation of department

    11. Attended meetings to maintain favorable working relationships among company employees and promote maximum morale, productivity, and efficiency

    12. Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/ her attention to facilitate prompt corrective action when appropriate

    13. Performs related duties as required or requested

    Shift Differential:

    $1.00 / hour more when working weekends
