Job Summary:
As a Clinical Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations.
Your role will encompass ensuring the highest standards of care through quality assurance programs and educating our staff on home health statutes and administrative regulations.
Supervising field staff will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring they deliver exceptional care to our clients.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of three years' experience in home health, with at least one year in clinical management or administrative capacity within the home health sector.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and lead others.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to address any challenges that may arise.
Thorough understanding of state and federal regulations governing home health care.
Current State license as a Registered Nurse, CPR certification, and valid State Driver's License.
SIGN-ON BONUS Experience with OASIS is a definite plus.
