    Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $53,500 - Midpoint: $66,900 (Salaried E8)

    Job Summary: The Learning Specialist II develops and administers comprehensive programs to assess student-athletes for learning disabilities. Coordinates proper assistance and accommodations to allow the student to perform successfully in the classroom.

    Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of student learning or academic challenges support experience; OR master's degree and some student learning or academic challenges support experience.

    Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, special education, counseling, adult education, rehabilitation, social behavior, or other relevant field. Licensed counselors, educators, and college writing instructors. Experience administering and evaluating psychological tests. Certified teacher. Certified psychometrist. Experience working with learning disabilities, differences, and/or giftedness. Diagnostic and assessment experience.
