- Assure each die cutter has loads prepared and aerated prior to production, by looking at the production schedule and communicating with the die-cutting operators
- Follow PFD instructions to fulfill daily production requirements
- Help assist the operators meet or exceed quality and production waste goals
- Adhere to all plant safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Keep work area clean throughout shift
- All other duties as assigned by management
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in operating manual and power assisted pallet jacks (preferred)
- Experience in a folding carton manufacturing plant (preferred)
- Able to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
- Basic math skills
- Self-driven; work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Detail oriented
- Problem solving skills

We are currently looking to fill one of our 1st Shift Material Handlers(7:00AM-3:00PM, Monday-Friday) in our Die Cutting Department.
