    Zynga is looking for a highly motivated Senior Technical Project Manager/Senior Producer to join our outstanding Central Technology Production team. The immediate area of responsibility would be owning the Build Tech and FinOps teams within the Developer Services vertical; however, as you grow into the role, you will own additional initiatives.

    You will work with engineering leadership, product management, other producers and game/partner teams to balance a set of commitments with predictable execution. You should be able to facilitate tough trade-offs along the way, take care of and tackle any team conflicts and be tactical enough to know when to roll up your sleeves. You should proactively spot areas for improvement, then energetically drive those improvements all the while encouraging a feeling of teamwork and common purpose within the team.     MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide hands-on senior-level project/program management for a team that has multiple critical engineering projects, within our Central Technology Developer Services group.
    • Manage capacity for the team. Tracks the throughput and velocity of the team.
    • Ability to drive projects on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
    • Anticipate challenges, proactively analyze risk by tracking and monitoring project progress and resource availability, and course correct as needed on the fly.
    • Partner closely with engineering leaders, product managers and other producers to implement the product roadmap.
    • Lead technical scrums and agile project implementation.
    • Initiate, cultivate, maintain and lead others toward positive working relationships with internal and external organizations critical to both current and future development process.
    • Passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and culture.
    • Identify process gaps and support the creation of repeatable processes, while improving existing project management policies and processes.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • 5+ years of program/project management experience.
    • 3+ years experience leading technology agile scrum teams. Comfortable working in a hybrid waterfall/agile setting.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment with maturity and leadership.
    • Ability to navigate complex scenarios with customers through the use of tact, conflict resolution, and bargaining skills.
    • Data analytical skills to track project progress and team performance.
    • Ability to lead under ambiguity, balancing multiple work-streams and priorities.

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Computer science or technical degree.
    • Agile certifications.
    • Experience running a team who works on projects and supports live services and products simultaneously.
