    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner at CROSSROADS FAMILY MEDICINE PLLC. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for day-to-day patient care, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and providing education and support to patients. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and compassionate care.

    Qualifications

    • Medical Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of medical practices and procedures, ability to assess and diagnose patients, proficiency in performing routine medical procedures, such as administering medications and vaccinations.
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues, strong listening skills, empathy, and compassion.
    • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, ability to analyze complex situations, make informed decisions, and provide appropriate care and treatment.
    • Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, prioritize patient care needs, and meet deadlines.
    • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, willingness to share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Licensure and Certification: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Hampshire, current certification from an accredited nursing organization.
    • Experience: Prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Continuing Education: Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in relevant continuing education activities.
