    A Project Manager Opportunity for Growth in Southern California

    About the Role

    Lifetime Home Remodeling is expanding into San Diego, introducing Kohler's high-end bathroom products. We seek a detail-oriented and bilingual Project Manager to oversee bathroom remodeling projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, execute, monitor, and close out bathroom remodeling projects with quality control and timely completion.
    • Conduct daily inspections to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners, setting clear project expectations and providing updates.
    • Oversee installation quality, ensure materials meet project requirements, and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate records of project details, field changes, and customer communications.
    • Collect payments from homeowners and ensure accurate reporting with accounting.
    • Collaborate with installation crews, sales consultants, and scheduling coordinators to ensure seamless execution of projects.

    Requirements

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in large-scale home remodeling or project management, preferably with bathroom remodeling projects.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and PPE procedures.
    • Strong customer service, time management, and communication skills.
    • Ability to lift 60 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods.
