Provides general cleaning of assigned facilities following specified guidelines
Maintains equipment and supplies
Cleans assigned areas including restrooms, offices, floors, and hallways using proper methods and equipment
Communicates regularly with supervisor
Represents the Agency positively in interactions with others
Supports the agency's vision of creating thriving communities

Essential Functions:

Communication: Maintains open communication with supervisor
Provides excellent customer service
Knowledge: Maintains equipment, personal appearance, and building security
Administration: Manages daily cleaning activities and recycling
Participates in team activities and special projects

Skills

Required

Lifting (<50 lbs) - Intermediate
Customer Service - Intermediate
Communication (written) - Intermediate
Communication (verbal) - Intermediate
Use of power scrubbers, waxers, and buffers - Some Knowledge
Knowledge of custodial/cleaning practices - Some Knowledge

Preferred

Experience with power scrubbers, waxers, and buffers
Experience working in a custodial capacity
